On a small street in old Trouville, this small, intimate spot—which opened more than thirty years ago—remains true to its reputation: still a bit bohemian and always very artsy. This haven for poets and musicians draws in the crowd, and guests gather here to enjoy a modernized menu that really hits the spot: green beans, nectarines, and burrata; mussels with vegetable sauce and potatoes; chicken with mashed potatoes, tarragon cream, and smoked pork.
