Gourmet Restaurant A pretty country house south of Dôle, easily accessible from the main road. Bruno Pellegrini's relais is a classic, well-kept stopover, with its terrace and traditional recipes, suitable for a business meal or a family dinner. On the €37 menu, frog soup with chervil, potato and parsley flan, roast salmon steak, potato galette, tomato confit and black olives, poultry jus, rabbit roulade stuffed with mushrooms, carrot, turnip and Morteau dariole, jus réduit with morels, soufflé glacé with Jura marc, raspberry coulis and tuile dentelle. Lunch menu €23.
