Original Restaurant It's a typical Halles meeting place: a bistro in the center of town, where people gather to enjoy a typical mâchon with an organized group. In the middle of the crowd or a little more intimate upstairs. The menu is straightforward and makes no secret of its nationality: marrow bone, brioche sausage, Lyonnaise salad, andouillette gratin, tartare, bavette, roast chicken kidneys... Classic desserts, Mère Richard's saint-marcellin, adapted cellar.
