Chef's Restaurant It's the bistro that doesn't overdo the eco-responsible-sustainable fiddling, yet is always there when you want to treat yourself to a real evening of indulgence, with pure produce and organic wines that don't go astray. It's a cuisine of elephantine pleasure that knows how to vary flavors without ever confusing them, from carrot soup with shrimp in a Thai coconut-lemongrass broth, to tuna tartare with chioggia beet, to puff pastry with cured ham and smoked bacon with cheddar and emmental cheese. Taste, a touch of passion, a great time in a welcoming jungle.
