Chef's Restaurant Les Éléphants' commitment to naturalness, spontaneity and sincerity is always a winner. The décor is simple and uncluttered, framed by the bottles. 300 references to discover, a basis for exchange and knowledge about the vineyards and those who bring them to life, with an emphasis on organic and biodynamic methods. A unique, five-course menu for €60 helps you understand the philosophy of the place: eggplant starter with tahini cream, bonito tartare with green beans and black pork lardons, shredded beef with pea cream and apricot confit, veal breast with creamy polenta, peach confit in syrup with sumac crème fraîche and praline... A pleasant atmosphere of connoisseurs and accomplices.
