Gault&Millau's review 2026

Constant efforts to offer refined, well-crafted dishes that are in tune with the times, within a popular “bistronomic” menu. There are a few trendy touches, but the execution is meticulous—whether it’s the octopus rosette with hummus and mint cream, the sea bass fillet with tomato and house-made pesto, or the linguine vongole from a concise and well-curated menu. A small selection of desserts follows the same theme, including apricot-speculoos cheesecake and a “deconstructed” lemon tart. A good set menu for €46.
