Gourmet Restaurant Set in a charming former coaching inn not far from the Château de Luynes, this inn offers travelers and connoisseurs fine traditional French cuisine, where the classics are carefully lined up and executed. The menu is not short of gourmet delights, such as lobster and langoustine ravioli, wild sea bass roasted on the skin, braised salsify and root cream, a traditional beuchelle ligérienne, cocoa savarin, orange marmalade and Cointreau cream. Good service.
