The former coaching inn is an elegant tufa house in the center of town, full of character and history. Franck Plault brings it to life with passion, offering a good variety of menus on classic themes: fricassee of shiitake sot-l'y laisse crème d'ail noir, veal onglet fricassee de pieds de mouton, chocolate cookie praliné strawberry from Touraine in a good €32 formula. Added to this is a menu of unmissable specialties, such as genuine beuchelle or langoustine and sweetbread fricassee. A general wine cellar with a regional outlook.
