Gault&Millau's review2026
It is one of the most legendary hotels in the Morvan, where Mitterrand announced his victory and where he stayed regularly. The hotel also features its own restaurant, where guests can enjoy traditional cuisine reimagined by chef Gaëtane Harault. On the menu: a bowl of Burgundy snails topped with garlic and parsley cream, a thick cut of Morvan trout prepared gravlax-style and served warm, warm dill-lemon cream, a stir-fry of seasonal vegetables, pan-seared duck breast, parsnip purée with blackcurrant balsamic caramel, and a blueberry tart.
