In a village on the outskirts of Saint-Étienne and not far from Saint-Chamond, this traditional, slightly bourgeois address has weathered the years with serenity, delivering its good classics with equal regularity. The à la carte menu includes duck breast tarte tatin with onions, lamb effilochée and mashed potatoes, local cheeses and desserts. Friendly, pleasant service.
