An honest tourist stop in the town center, expanding its range (Caesar salad, baked camembert, pepper ribeye on suggestion) while remaining very attached to Corsican recipes: planks, stuffed mussels, zucchini fritters, veal sauté with olives, cannelloni with brocciu, chestnut flan.
