Corinne and Fabrice Germain have stepped down, but the restaurant remains, now run by Fanny, Tommy, and Nicolas. The team is also staying on, ensuring continuity in both service and cuisine, with a regional flair that’s as vibrant as ever. The €40 set menu is a good mid-range option, featuring eggs en meurette, Burgundy snails with snail butter, a grilled fish fillet, creamy peas, sautéed fennel with chorizo and ricotta, coq au vin with red wine and fresh pasta, and a Marc de Bourgogne ice cream parfait with fruit coulis.
