Original Restaurant In the heart of Normandy Switzerland, a beautiful 3* hotel not far from Caen, with a contemporary, elegant range of rooms, and a Normandy restaurant that successfully completes the experience. The chef's regional and personalized cuisine, which defends the terroir in a more contemporary vein, is evidenced by the compositions, which evolve according to the market: asparagus, wild garlic pesto and cocoa crumble, cod with roast chicken jus, mashed potatoes and grapefruit, or a lamb shoulder confit with mild spices couscous style.
