Gourmet Restaurant For the past five years, Alexandre Dimitch has been bringing this friendly village bistro to life with natural energy. The setting is warm, the products come from the surrounding area, and while the dishes are simple, they are surrounded by care and good taste: octopus plancha risotto with arugula pesto, lean pavement steak snacked on potato crushed in boletus broth, duck breast snacked on celery mousseline with truffle oil and poached pear. The cellar is very interesting, with many discoveries from nearby winegrowers, from Entrecasteaux, Villecroze, Carcès...
