At the entrance to the village, Alexandre Dimitch's establishment is a true gourmet's haven, combining all the pleasures of the table, the hotel, the catering service and the cellar! The restaurant does its job efficiently, with Provencal dishes of the highest standard, including a duo of Verdon trout, trout gravelax, trout tataki, red onion pickles and horseradish cream, a return of wood-fired fishing, creamy spelt risotto and wild garlic emulsion, a lemon cream, fresh strawberries and olive oil madeleine cookie. Good cellar.
