Like Columbo's dog, named Le chien, this restaurant is eponymous. The regulars don't mind, as they appreciate the simplicity and sincerity of the cuisine. Dishes of the moment, from the seasonal market, in a €21 formula, the slate expanding a little more in the evening, following the same pattern of frequent changes according to the harvest.
