Gourmet Restaurant A 3* family hotel nestled in a five-hectare park just a few minutes from the medieval town. In addition to the park and swimming pool, the hotel also offers a traditional table, a fine rendering of regional recipes. The €29.50 menu offers a convincing version of Burgundian-style snails, a roll of trout fillet poached in red wine and baby vegetables, braised beef chuck, gravy, sweet potatoes in coconut milk, and a red fruit cassolette with crumble. Good service.
