Chef's Restaurant Chic, bourgeois mountain cuisine in the coziest of surroundings. Set in the superb Mont Blanc hotel, the chef sources the finest produce from the region and neighboring Val d'Aoste for dishes that are as comforting as a fur coat: caillette de caïon, boletus and chestnut soup, beef bacon with caraway, smoked féra brandade, potato and reblochon pie, brocheton quenelles with crayfish, veal escalope à la valdôtaine. And since prices are more or less the same as in the rest of the resort (around €85 with a pastry from the buffet), the professional, well-orchestrated overall service is a good idea.
