Gourmet Restaurant An institution we love to return to unchanged, for the timeless experience it offers, where you can escape Paris for the duration of a meal. This country house pays homage to Berry and Ardèche, with ultra-traditional, well-crafted dishes. The menu includes leek tart, Ardèche quail, mâchon paysan, Burgundy snails, rabbit with shallots and white wine, blanquette de veau, poultry with chanterelles, chestnuts in syrup and chocolate mousse.
