Gourmet Restaurant Charm in spades in this former 18th-century pottery, where chef Serge Ripert cleverly surfs the wave of evolved tradition. In this cozy setting or in the back garden, the cuisine is deft and in harmony with the house: foie gras with mango chutney and dried fruit crumble, fillet of beef wellington with spinach and pommes dauphine, red fruit gratin with sabayon. Classic Burgundy cellar.
