A discreet establishment, whose longevity justifies the trust of visitors, who can mingle with local residents and regulars. For quality home-made dishes, with a solid chef's hat and flawless workmanship: morel mushroom ragout with cream and wild garlic, roast duck fillet with red pepper and Savora emulsion, strawberry macédoine with yuzu cream and shortbread for a pleasant sequence in a €43 menu.
