Gourmet Restaurant Behind the wooden façade lies a small, rustic room where Hideya Ishizuka, a former sommelier in Japan, offers a rather gourmet menu, though we found the execution less ambitious than in the past. The wine list is really interesting, and the owner gives good advice to accompany this traditional score, in a good lunch menu at €43 (evening €65): grilled prawns, walnut mayonnaise, suckling pig chop roasted in broth, citrus rice ravioli, lemon sorbet. Also on offer are the house classics, including sole meunière and sweetbreads.
