Gourmet Restaurant More than a century after its opening, this restaurant is clearly an institution. The quiet, leafy setting on the doorstep of the town center, and the consistent quality of the food and service, make it a favourite destination for locals. People treat themselves to the gastro once in a while, while frequenting the bistro on a daily basis. Chef-owner Clément Gueudré knows how to play with fine products, concentrating them in an attractive €48 menu, sprinkled with attention to detail: veal carpaccio with jus vinaigrette, lean back meat with textured coral lentil risotto, paris-brest with caramelized hazelnuts. The superior version, at €64, introduces turbot, snacked octopus and fillet of beef with a full-bodied veal jus. Extensive regional cellar.
