Gourmet Restaurant The people of Montpellier make it one of their favorite outings in the city. The change of scenery provided by the setting and the relaxed yet refined atmosphere of this beautiful stone house is a major factor. You'll appreciate the detailed, well-defined menus, which provide security and a well-established budget for a cuisine that's a tad mannered yet pleasing: chuck carpaccio with red wine vinaigrette, black radish tartar, kiwi and walnut, back of cod with barigoule emulsion, artichoke purée and roast, cigar with dark chocolate cream, Bailey's mousse, coffee ice cream, in a comprehensive €48 menu. Excellent service, extensive general wine cellar with a regional accent.
