Chef's Restaurant A lovely town house on the banks of the Charente, with a garden ideal for summer dining and a bourgeois interior for special occasions. Valérie and Pascal Yenk's house is undoubtedly one of the most appreciated in town, for its discreet charm and professionalism, and the chef's masterful dishes. The menu reveals a fine idea of regional gastronomy, with rabbit pomponettes in blueberry jelly, eryngiis tartar with hazelnuts, a back of semi-salted cod, potato crush, andouille de Guéméné and sweet onion jus, a timbale of braised sweetbreads, cream of mushroom and full-bodied veal jus, or the trompe-l'œil apple, Breton shortbread and apple juice jelly. From €26.50 to €65. Well-stocked cellar.
