Gourmet Restaurant One of the most beautiful views in Collioure, overlooking the bay from a bay window room. It's a view that justifies the restaurant's good reputation in the first place, and one that is easily maintained by a no-risk seafood platter. On the tables: clams marinière, leek mousse and fish jus creamed with chorizo, fish parillade, monkfish steak with sage, pak choï and smoked bacon, paella-style saffron risotto, fish jus with Collioures wine, grilled lobster a la plancha, filet of duckling and pan-seared duck foie gras, warm goat's cheese samosa, rosemary potato fondant and vegetable remoulade, apricot entremets, rosemary cookie and mousse, apricot coulis. Neptune menu at €59.
