Taken over in 2018 by Kathy and Benoît Villeneuve, this well-known local establishment, whose building on the banks of the Orbiquet river brings to life an Epinal image of the Normandy of yesteryear, is certainly not to be missed. The terrace overlooking the river is a must on sunny days, and you'll love the rather classic but masterful dishes, which pay homage to the terroir in carefully thought-out arrangements. For example, try the shrimp and ratte potato cheesecake, pan-fried cod steak with watercress pistou and risotto, meat and vegetable potée, or the regional calvados baba. Friendly service.
