Gourmet Restaurant Just across from the station, this period hotel has retained its old-world charm, with its attractive colored brickwork. The restaurant room is a little outdated, but provides a bourgeois elegance in keeping with the spirit of the place. The dishes are well executed, and come in a range of menus at €29 and €39, including cassolette de boudin blanc de Rethel et sauce morilles, filet mignon de veau aux morilles et gratin dauphinois, and forêt noire aux griottes et amarena. Friendly service.
