Gourmet Restaurant Consecrated as a pure Parisian bistro, the Mesturet has held its rank with honors for a good twenty years. A stronghold of popular tradition, it offers a warm ambience and a menu of fine louchebem specialties: faux-filet sauce Bercy, petit salé with lentils, beef cheek bourguignon, blanquette, kidneys and calf's head. Snails or sauerkraut herring are a legitimate first course, and everything goes smoothly until tarte Tatin with calvados chantilly.
