Gourmet Restaurant Croustillant d'agneau jus aux épices douces, pascade au four et escargots, longe de veau roulée à la sauge jus corsé or poisson du matin tomate et cocos, the delicious baba à la verveine served with roasted apricots and verveine sorbet or the millefeuille chocolat make up a highly enjoyable meal served in this warm and friendly dining room on the banks of the Lot and the via Podensis. Chef Simon Piefort knows his producers, and his dishes are fragrant, colorful and tasty. The welcome and service, provided by Lionel Fouisnet, are perfect. The two partners have succeeded in making this a place where people love to come to eat.
