Gourmet Restaurant A restaurant that is quietly making its way, following its path with intelligence and freshness. With Phildera Diazabakana at the helm, the restaurant keeps up with the times, following the seasons and the market. Classic recipes are sometimes complemented by a touch of the exotic: a fine onion tart with anchovies and olives and a candied egg, an attiéké with roasted asparagus and cream, a roasted lean, artichoke, hazelnut and samphire, a kiwi in texture, tarragon soup, bergamot gel and sorbet.
