Remarkable Restaurant He works hard for his home, his region and his profession, and every one of his initiatives is a success. Better still, David Gallienne never hesitates to get involved for the benefit of all. His talent, combined with a healthy dose of fantasy and an innate sense of how to stage places and dishes, make him a singular and already necessary player in Normandy. In this beautiful Normandy house near Monet's gardens, everything makes sense and tastes good: spider crab with cuttlefish and sorrel, "black and white" turbot with pig's trotter, hazelnut and parsley, amusing and delicious rabbit with mussels, tarragon and samphire, before pretty seasonal desserts (apricot, raspberry...). A well-stocked cellar covering all the regions, a warm welcome and friendly service, in keeping with the modernity of the house.
