Gourmet Restaurant A beautiful brasserie, open continuously from 12 midnight to midnight, facing the Richelieu library, with the look of a timeless retro Parisian bistro, a large menu to suit all tastes and a wine cellar. In the wide choice of thirty or so dishes and twenty or so desserts and ice creams, you'll happily find all the standards, from leek vinaigrette to snails, skate wing with capers to pike quenelle, veal blanquette to châteaubriand béarnaise.
