Gourmet Restaurant Without making any more noise than that, this restaurant has become a permanent fixture on the landscape. Julien Chazal now has his warm supporters, who delight in a wise, well-turned cuisine, with precise sauces and juices, and well-treated seasonal produce: cicadafish ceviche with foie gras passion, redfish fillet with potato and red cabbage, lamb fillet with seaweed and spices, chestnut, blood orange and whisky dessert, in a very pleasant sequence at €54 for four courses excluding mise en bouche (upgradeable to €59 or €70 for five or six courses).
