Chef's Restaurant A good model of a traditional hotel where everything is taken seriously and done well. Starting with the restaurant, where owner Serge Lignières remains faithful to a well-updated marine style, with the help of chef Luca Marteddu, a former Gagnaire. Fine products, fish and shellfish in the spotlight, saint-pierre cooked in flavored salt, shrimp jelly, horseradish Carlita sauce, monkfish in seaweed papillote with hollandaise sauce, apple and sobacha parfait caramel and ribot milk ice cream in a clever €70 menu. Abalone and lobster in other prestigious proposals, very professional service, varied and classic cellar.
