Gourmet Restaurant A convenient terrace on the banks of the Aveyron, offering a beautiful view and accompanying it with traditional cuisine in tune with the spirit of the surroundings. The chef doesn't hesitate to make a few alterations to update the register: savory cabbage, craquelin rodez, asparagus and zucchini, veal shoulder confit with garlic and rosemary, burnt carrot purée and black garlic cream, prime rib of beef for two and pommes grenailles, beurre maître d'hôtel, chocolate coulant and homemade ice cream.
