Located on Charleville’s most beautiful square, Le Concept ranks among the city’s most reliable dining destinations, offering fine cuisine and wines—including an exceptional selection of champagnes (over 130 varieties). The dishes offer classic fare executed to a high standard: scrambled eggs with foie gras and pine nuts, veal sweetbreads with morel mushrooms, wild boar braised in red wine with fresh pasta, and Haybes white blood sausage prepared Ardennes-style with fresh fries. Great atmosphere.
