Gourmet Restaurant There are no surprises here, but the pleasure is always there, in this celebration of the raw product and not only, also knowing how to offer a few cooked dishes alongside. The first interest obviously lies in the seafood and oyster platters, Yvon Madec's prat-ar-coum, veules-les-roses n°3, the €49.50 platter. For something more elaborate, timbales of warm oysters with morel mushrooms, monkfish medallion à la nage, poached skate wing with cream sauce... Nice old-fashioned decor.
