Remarkable Restaurant A great rum, a large cellar with 3,000 references in wines and spirits, a talented chef, everything to make one of the most exclusive tables in this Elysian corner. Christophe Pelé takes the helm on this cruise between Paris and the Caribbean with the assurance of a great pasha, and the adventure is divided into several mystery ports of call, with hidden menus ranging from €150 to €430, for lunch and dinner. Wine pairings (recommended by the house, since you don't know what you're going to eat) range from €110 to €210.
