Gault&Millau's review 2026

Right next door to the Vinci show center, this long-established yellow dog is a window on the past, with its intact pre-war decor, Art Deco furniture and Art Nouveau painted mirrors, and the tone and atmosphere so typical of bistros of yesteryear. This yellow dog celebrates tradition and a certain cheeky spirit, which can be found mainly on the plates and a little less in the service: VGE soup, homemade terrine, lentils with rillons and perfect egg, beuchelle tourangelle and grandmother's purée, sole meunière, trou tourangeau, apple cinnamon cake.
