Gourmet Restaurant A sure bet on the boulevard, this is a place where you'll find well-crafted Burgundian cuisine, combining tradition and reinterpretation, in a well-kept setting. A la carte or on the menu, the choice is rather wide: eggs meurette, snail crisps with parsley garlic butter, pike-perch and trout with pike cookie, baby vegetables and pôchouse sauce, half-pigeon by M. Sanchez, cannelloni with Swiss chard, shallot confit, pine nut oil jus, moelleux with olive oil and red fruit, vanilla crème brûlée. From €36 to €58.
