Gourmet Restaurant The Italian simplicity of a Parisian trattoria respecting Roman codes - or rather, of the Molise region, where the instigators of this fifty-year-old house come from - and the spirit of sharing and conviviality that is inevitable given the space that separates you from your neighbors. In this context, we stick together and enjoy our ricotta ravioli, burro e salvia veal escalope and olio e limone beef carpaccio. Affogato and fresh raspberries for dessert, and wine from the Botte.
