Chef's Restaurant The little table has all the makings of a big one. Behind its discreet façade on Rue Raphaël, a contemporary, open space opens up, with an almost Japanese-style minimalism. Chef Yoan Delorme works for a small group, with a few tables quickly reserved, themselves bound by a single menu, guaranteeing freshness and seasonality. The dishes are prepared with great care and attention to detail, local and untainted by tradition, and are prepared with research and aestheticism. Florian Pietravalle's former pupil once again proves his technique, with a well-seasoned beef tartare au couteau, a delicate maigre with trout roe, samphire and parsnips, and a veal quasi that's as simple as it is good, fragrant and well-spiced by the sauce, accompanied by potatoes and mushrooms. The dessert brings the three toques closer together, with an elegant combination of chestnut and clementine, full of lightness and sweetness. In the dining room, Célia Baudelier leads her service perfectly, with good advice on wine, both local and from other regions (Clos de Breuilly, Uroulat, domaine des Lambrays, Julien Pilon, domaine Le Roc etc.). Formulas range from €24 for lunch to €58 for dinner.
