Chef's Restaurant In the heart of the city, and therefore often in the middle of the tourist hustle and bustle, this pretty house is ideal for those who wish to take a breather and relax with a gourmet touch. The tables are spaced out, the tablecloths are white, the decor is warm, without aggressive colors and reminds us of the importance of nature in the Prémorvan's approach. Reading the very short menu (very short indeed!) is not a leap into the unknown. It's simply wise, reassuring and contrasts with the crashing waves that regularly assault the city. The products are perfectly chosen and the technique is sure. The superb scallops, after an express passage on the plancha, are placed on a creamy risotto. Freshness is provided by a few crunchy endive leaves with a drizzle of quality olive oil. At a cruising pace, we continue with a sea bass pavé with slightly crispy skin, underlined by a scathing bone juice. A beautiful, creamy purée, nourished with milk, cream and butter, completes the plate. Precise work on the clementine brings this moment to a close. Natali is a pleasant, committed hostess, with good bacho advice: pouilly fumé from Jonathan-Didier Pabiot, saumur le Pas St Martin, chinon from Fabrice Gasnier, châteauneuf-du-pape from domaine André Brunel, saint-joseph Gaillard, corse from Clos Canarelli, alsace from domaine Loberger...
