At the Chalet de Brou, in the beautiful room with its blonde parquet flooring, the focus is clearly on local produce, and you'll logically find all the Bresse must-haves, including a chicken liver cake with lobster sauce and chicken in all its states, plus a few dishes to satisfy meat lovers or the fish of the day... The cellar is decent, the service well run and the prices fair.
