Original Restaurant This brasserie offers everything you'd expect from a busy tourist area, with the added advantage of a vast menu to suit all budgets. You can have egg mayo, breaded pig's trotters with ravigote and crème brûlée for under €40, or go for herring with apples in oil, haddock hollandaise with poached egg and spinach, and profiteroles for just under €60. The service is efficient, the choucroute de la mer (sauerkraut from the sea) justly renowned, and there's a weekly menu with a succession of daily classics.
