Gourmet Restaurant Perfectly positioned opposite the Palais, this terrace is very popular all year round. Virtually non-stop service (you can enjoy an entrecôte between 2pm and 6pm during the "Après-midis du Carré"), a wide-ranging menu to suit all types of tourist: salads, marinated salmon, confit ribs, vegetable risotto, but also boards for nibbles or aperitifs. Truffle menu in winter, extensive regional wine cellar.
