Gourmet Restaurant This village bistro is all about conviviality, a real hub of activity and get-togethers in an informal, family atmosphere. The cuisine is simple, but that doesn't mean you can't find good products on the menu, such as cassolette of snails with béchamel sauce, sweetbreads with mushroom sauce, fillet of venison, ice cream sundaes and apple confit with cider. Saumurois wines are the perfect accompaniment.
