It's a simple, yet highly effective concept, which explains the success of this restaurant on rue des Carmes. Here, the theme is cheese, with some very gourmet variations on the subject, of course: platters to share, oeufs cocotte and cheese crusts, feuillantines, numerous fondues (Alsatian, Franche-Comté, forest, Savoyard, Normandy...), meats topped with reblochon or tartiflettes.
