Gourmet Restaurant Right next to the elephants, a traditional restaurant that has been playing it safe for years, with a range of dishes that vary gently according to fashion, and in which regulars rightly place their trust: pâté en croûte with mushrooms, tuna tataki, frogs in parsley sauce, confit pig's shoulder, roast vegetables and polenta au gratin, clam pasta, chocolate moelleux with fleur de lait ice cream. Pizzas have also been added, and the €39 menu covers most of the menu. Good references for local wines.
