Gourmet Restaurant A classic bistro without the fuss, and the sure hand of a chef who knows his stuff behind the dapper vermilion front. The ambience is well restored, with Thonet chairs, zinc and a large slate of marvels: pot-au-feu effiloché with crisp vegetables, skate wing with asparagus cream and sautéed vegetables, veal skirt steak from Aveyron with grenaille sage jus and spinach. Nice, modest desserts, like the overall fare, diligent service.
