Tony and Sarah offer fresh dishes, with a marine flavour that doesn't preclude inland excursions: crispy camembert, spinach and caramelized onions, cream of leek and smoked bacon, market fish, mashed potatoes, pan-fried vegetables, beurre blanc sauce, chives and crushed tomatoes, fish & chips, guinea fowl supreme with lemon thyme, mashed potatoes and carrots.
