On the road from Langres to Vesoul, Christelle and Jean-Philippe Gauthier's hotel-stop is an authentic stopover, with the charm of those inns on the side of the main road where, for a meal, you can celebrate the pleasures of the region. The extensive menu features all the finest local specialties, including rabbit and foie gras terrine, lobster stew with savagnin sauce, roasted langoustines with hazelnut oil and pan-fried mushrooms, chicken with yellow wine and morels...
