Selected Valérie Mache, the restaurant's Valé, and her young, dedicated team are the driving force behind this well-established address, known to old-timers as Restaurant des Embruns. The cuisine is traditional, with a modern twist on simplicity: mayonnaise whelks, Veules oysters, mussels marinière, turbot beurre blanc, andouillette with old-fashioned mustard. The setting of this authentic brick and slate house in the center of the village contributes to the general good mood.
